In case of cancellation of booking prior to 2 days of arrival, the 100% charges shall be levied.<br />
In case of cancellation of booking prior to 4 days of arrival, the 50% charges shall be levied.<br />
In case of cancellation of booking prior to 7 days of arrival, the 25% charges shall be levied</span><br />

<div><span>Note: Guests Booked for Timber Trail Heights and Moksha Himalaya Spa are requested to kindly make a note that the cable car timings are 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs only. After that the management will not be responsible to provide any alternate accommodation/transport or refund.</span><br />

<div><span>1. All arrivals prior to 9.00 AM will be booked, held charged from the previous evening itself.</span></div>

<div><span>3. Our Check-in 14:00 Hrs / Check-out time is 11.00 Hrs unless otherwise specified.</span></div>
